What Parents Should Know Before Booking a Prom Limo
Most prom limos are booked by a parent on behalf of the group, and that's who we work with. A few things worth checking with any company you're considering:
Are they licensed? Every legitimate limo company in California holds a permit from the California Public Utilities Commission. Ours is TCP-20432-P. You can look up any company's permit on the CPUC website before you book.
Who is driving? Your group should have a professional chauffeur, not a stranger from an app. Our chauffeurs are professionals who drive for a living.
What's the schedule? You set the pickup, the stops and the drop-off time. The chauffeur follows the plan you give us.
Who is the contact? Give us a parent's name and phone number when you book so we have someone to reach on the night.
Prom Vehicles and Group Sizes
Lincoln stretch limousine (up to 9 passengers): the classic prom ride, with a starlight ceiling and complimentary soft drinks. 5-hour minimum.
SUV (up to 7 passengers): Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Chevrolet Suburban or Mercedes GL, for smaller groups that still want to arrive in style.
Mercedes Sprinter or Ford Transit van (up to 11 passengers): the best fit for a big friend group that wants to ride together.

How a Prom Night Booking Works
Pickup: we pick up the group at one house, usually where everyone gathers for photos.
Dinner or photo stops: the chauffeur waits while you eat or take pictures.
Drop-off at the dance: at the venue, right on schedule.
Ride home: we pick the group up when the dance ends and drop everyone off at the address the parents choose.
Many groups split the cost between families. Send us the group size and your plan for the night, and we'll quote the whole trip so it's easy to divide.
When to Book a Prom Limo
Bay Area prom season runs mostly from March through May, and Friday and Saturday nights in April and May go fast. We recommend booking as soon as your school announces the date. The same goes for homecoming, winter formals and graduation nights.

We pick up prom groups across San Francisco, the Peninsula, the East Bay and Silicon Valley, including Hayward, Fremont, San Jose, San Mateo, Burlingame, Castro Valley, San Leandro, Union City, Pleasanton and Dublin. If your city isn't listed, just ask.

Our Lincoln stretch limousine seats up to 9 passengers, SUVs seat up to 7, and our Sprinter and Ford Transit vans seat up to 11. For larger groups we can send more than one vehicle.
